No-Bake CHOCOLATE Protein Balls
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup smooth almond butter
1/4 + 2 TBSP Super Vital Foods Raw Cacao Powder
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or raw honey
1 scoop Super Vital Foods NewZ Choc Whey Protein
1 TBSP water or unsweetened nut milk
Dash Redmonds Real Salt (optional)
Toppings of choice (extra cacao powder, shredded coconut, chopped nuts)
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, mix all ingredient together well, minus any toppings. Put mix in fridge to set for about 1 hour.
Line a tray with parchment paper. Take the mix out of fridge, then use a spoon or scoop to form small round balls.
Roll balls in any desired toppings and place them on the lined tray and put in fridge to chill for 30 minutes, until firm.Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
