Ingredients

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 c milk of choice

  • 1/4 c chia seeds

  • 3 T Raw Cacao Powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Dash of sea salt

  • 1 T maple syrup

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 c milk of choice

  • 1/4 c chia seeds

  • 3 T natural creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 T maple syrup

  • Dash of sea salt

Instructions

  • In separate mixing bowls, whisk together all ingredients for each of the layers.

  • Chill in fridge for about 2 hours.

  • Once pudding is set, layer into small serving dishes. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings if desired.

  • Chill until ready to serve.
